Open to the sunrise that presents itself to you each morning. It has done so since before you were conceived. The sun rose in vibrant celebration on the day of your birth, and it rises on each day of your entire life. Yes, it will unwrap its gifts for you again tomorrow and tomorrow’s tomorrow. Notice the sunrise’s shape, fluidity, texture, abundance. And then notice the beautiful sunrise within the inner landscape of your own soul.
