flow like thoughts across the textured surface of watercolor paper:
for shape, for structure, for conveyance of image from photo to painting
my body moves from desk to art table and back again
listening to wisdom, awaiting inspiration, seeking guidance:
for the how, for the what, but never for the why
steadily leading me into ever more intimate kinship with the more-than-humans
