In recent days – for the first time ever - I have been referring to this beginning of the holiday season (and Thanksgiving) as “Gratitude Season.”
But, in fact, I’ve been writing about gratitude for a number of years now.
Writing.
Ruminating.
Practicing daily.
Guiding others through.
Here is a sampling of what I have written as blog posts:
In books, articles, workshops and trainings, and in my everyday engagements with others, this “gratefulness thing” just keeps showing up.
I’ll end by quoting myself:
“Gratitude. Thanks. Gratefulness. Appreciative acknowledgment. How wholly holy is the sacred practice of noticing right now, with our lips in the shape of a grin, and saying, ‘I am grateful!’” (from 11/1/13 blog post)
